Towing Policy

CityParking reserves the right to tow or boot vehicles parked in CityParking-managed locations for any of the following reasons:

• Parking without displaying the appropriate permit.
• Parking in a space clearly marked "Reserved" without permission to do so.
• Parking in an a honor lot and failing to pay the daily parking fee.
• Parking in a visitor lot and failing to pay the daily parking fee.
• Double parking or one vehicle using more than one space.
• Failing to pay monthly parking fees.
• Failing to remove a vehicle after a location is closed for visitor parking.

CityParking uses Marshall Brothers Towing Company. Their number is (804) 353-1300 and must be contacted directly concerning location and office hours.. Rates and fees vary.
