Signing Up For Monthly Parking

Please complete the below form if interested in obtaining monthly parking at the listed locations. Please keep in mind the following terms of agreement to lease a monthly parking space from CityParking Inc.:

  1. The tenant agrees to pay CityParking Inc. monthly for each space agreed to and must submit payment by the 25th of the month.

  2. The tenant agrees to pay CityParking Inc. any late charge incurred due to non-receipt of payment by the scheduled due date.

  3. CityParking Inc. shall not be liable for any circumstances for any loss or damage to the tenant's (tenants') vehicle(s) or the contents therein.

  4. Either party must give written notice of one month prior to termination of the lease. The parking permit must be returned at the end of lease. Failure to return will be subjected to additional charges.
