FlashVision & CityParking Launch in Downtown Richmond
CityParking is excited to activate FlashVision in one of the busiest corners of downtown Richmond – North 8th St. & East Marshall, close to the General Assembly, district and federal courts, and The National. Several cameras have been installed on the premises. All vehicle license plates are scanned when entering and leaving the lot. By syncing with all payments generated on the lot, the Flash Vision software can determine if a vehicle is parked without authorization. If this is the case, a citation is generated and sent to the owner of the vehicle.
In just a few weeks, revenue at the location has improved considerably. With cameras seeing the entirety of the lot, there is a greater sense of security, as well.
