It’s All Fun and Games at These 5 Richmond Hot Spots
Circuit Arcade Bar
Are you a classic video gamer? Circuit has everything an 80’s kid could dream of. You can load up a game card and play all the classics like Ms. Pac-Man, Mario Bros, Galaga, Frogger, and more.
Don’t have decades of practice with the classics? You can play family favorites like skee-ball or get down on the virtual dance floor with Dance Dance Revolution.
Hate long lines at the bar? Circuit makes it easy for you with a self-serve tap wall. Choose from a variety of locally crafted beers, ciders and wines.
Worked up an appetite after an intense air hockey match? Chow down on their selection of wings, fries, tacos and pretzels. Circuit’s bar food rounds out the eat in “eatertainment.”
River City Roll
This isn’t your typical bowling alley. Forget the unappetizing kid’s food served up at most ten pin establishments. River City Roll offers elevated dining, craft beers, a variety of cocktails and a raved-about-brunch. You can share a plate of wings or have your own delicious entree.
The bowling is full-size with optional bumpers. If you’re feeling adventurous you can play “hyperbowling.” A next-level, colorful and easy-to-learn challenge that involves multiplied points and moving targets.
Take the fun even further with concerts nearly every week and dog-friendly patio dining.
Bingo Beer Company
Scott’s Addition’s barcades are anything but repetitive. Bingo sets itself apart with in-house brewing, a massive patio area and late-night DJs.
Sip on their signature lager while battling it out in a racing or multi-player game. Fuel your competitive arcade basketball with a cocktail from the bar.
Bingo is open late and the energy doesn’t drop until last call. Burn the midnight oil on the dance floor, playing pinball or around a table outside.
If the bar vibes aren’t exactly what you’re looking for, stop by for lunch and grab a sandwich or smash burger. You can even bring the kids along!
Tang & Biscuit
Shuffleboard is for more than just beach towns, cruise ships and nursing homes. Tang & Biscuit will show you everything you need to know about throwing down on the shuffleboard court. Their staff will teach you the rules and then you and up to 3 friends can battle it out on their full-sized courts.
For the shuffleboard shunners there’s plenty of other things to do. Snag a turn at their free games such as giant Jenga or ping pong.
Their happy hour deals last all evening long and include beers at just a few bucks a piece! If you’re more of a cocktail drinker try one of their unique drinks made with Tang.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite you can bite into a flatbread, sip a soup or try out their variety of fries.
Slingshot Social Game Club
It’s a nonstop party at Slingshot. Between the beer wall, bar, games and fun music there’s plenty to enjoy.
Take on a pint-sized bowling game with extreme duckpin, channel beach vibes with ultimate bocce and get things rolling in skee-ball.
If you keep an eye open, you’ll find freebie games scattered throughout the building while you wait for your duckpin lane to open up.
Don’t worry, you can come hungry and check out their wings, sandwiches and appetizers.
