  • If you are interested in monthly parking, first check in with your office admin to see if this is managed internally.

Validations

  • Parking validations are available from participating James Center offices and businesses. To use a parking validation, scan your entry ticket barcode first, then flip to scan the validation bar code to exit.

Omni Hotel

  • Guests for the Omni Hotel can access the deck via the Omni Valet service, or self-park using the kiosk or mobile access options.

Are James Center lots available for daily parking?

Yes, The main deck and the surface lot are available for daily parking. Tower One is reserved/monthly parking only.

How do I set up monthly parking?

You can set up parking by visiting our website and filling out the request form for your preferred location, request access via your James Center company, or email our office directly at jamescenter@cityparkingonline.com.

Is there a waitlist?

All parking requests are reviewed to ensure tenant parking is prioritized. If there is limited or no availability, CityParking will provide convenient alternatives within a short distance to the James Center.

For daily parking – pull into an entry lane and press the ticket button, or insert a credit card or use your mobile phone number in lieu of a ticket. To exit, simply scan your ticket’s barcode and pay via CC on the kiosk, or exit using the text-to-pay feature (directions found on your ticket).
